Livewell is a 100% online telehealth platform that connects patients to licensed healthcare professionals in all Canadian provinces. We offer support for conditions ranging from sexual health to skincare. Through our simple online process, you can answer a few questions and connect with a licensed medical provider, who can recommend a customized treatment plan, including over-the-counter products and prescription treatment, if appropriate, shipped right to your door.
How does Livewell work?
First, complete an online intake form to gather info for your healthcare provider about your symptoms and medical history. We will then match you with a licensed provider licensed in your province who will review the information you provide and evaluate your treatment options. Your provider might follow up with questions which you can respond to using our secure online message portal. If your treatment plan includes a prescription, it will be delivered to the shipping address you provided in discreet packaging in a few days once your provider completes your evaluation. If your provider determines a prescription isn’t appropriate for you, they will provide you with information about next steps.
